I'm so glad I found this author and after reading Violet Promises I was so excited to dive into this second chance romance. What a great new trope two ex's who were high school sweethearts Alder and Daisy who got married and then divorced are forced into a fake remarriage so that Alder can inherit his family's house and Daisy and her daughter Laila aren't left homeless. These two still hold a lot of feelings for each other and you know that it wont be long before they are ripping each others clothes off. You will fall head over heels for these three and the special bond that Alder has with Laila is the sweetest. Heartwarming, sexy read.
