On the Surface Celeste is a successful businesswoman and model. Beneath her many layers she is like a little girl lost - trying to find unconditional love -
She fell in love with Jase at 18 just as she was ready to graduate and move to New York to fulfil her dreams of becoming a model. Spending time with Jase makes her rethink her decision to leave and she wants to stay behind to be with him. However, after a betrayal she flees town overnight and does go to New York to fulfil her dreams. However, all the fame, glory and luxuries doesnt seem that wonderful when it feels there is something missing. That missing link comes in the form of Jase. Its been
Ten years and so much has changed. He is now a single sexy tattoo artist and father to a 13 year old. Jase always believed that Celeste was the one who got away. He has always been proud of Celeste foe what shes accomplished. He knows there is still a spark. That spark ignites when these two get together they get all hot and bothered and then some. This is such a sexy sexy read. There is also heartbreak, a few misunderstandings but plenty of loving. I loved how selfless Jase was and though Celeste was a little annoying at times (you can understand why when you realise how her childhood was) she really is a very strong independent woman. You will love this. I must now go back and read the first two in the series.
