MY REVIEW
An utterly absolutely beautiful romantic story, both heartbreaking and heartwarming. A true gem and just have to say out of all of Catherine's books this is by far my favourite. It's Hadley and Calder's turn for a HEA. Hadley just wants to be free to live her life without the over protective bubble her mother has her in, due to her sisters kidnapping years ago. Her brother's best friend Calder gives her that freedom she so desperately seeks. He shows her how to truly fly. However, after he abandons her she takes up crazy stunts and she's finally able to breathe. Trained as an EMT and having to work along side single dad firefighter Calder who she has been in love with forever its not long until the feelings she hid away starts to surface and Calder soon realises how much she means to him and wouldn't survive if he lost her. Everything begins hot and heavy between them and as we know in Catherine' world there is danger lurking in the shadows to tear try and tear them apart. An epic story of sweet true love with a whole lot of twists and turns that will give you all the feels.
